      Delivery within Yerevan is free of charge for purchasesover 20,000 AMDandiscompletedwithin 1 business day.

      Payment Method

      At Artin’s Beauty, payments can be made either online or in cash. Online payments are processed through ARCA, Ameriabank Online Banking, and Idram payment systems. We accept cards from ARCA, Virtual ARCA, Visa, and MasterCard. Cash payments are made upon delivery in Armenian drams. Payments via POS terminal are also accepted.

      1. Artin’s Beauty reserves the right to correct any payment error identified by them by refunding or compensating the amount in accordance with Artin’s Beauty’s User Protection Policy, by transferring or charging funds through the relevant payment system of the User.

      2.Once the products intended for purchase have been selected and added to the Customer’s cart, the Customer initiates the order placement process, during which the Customer must choose one of the payment methods available on the Website.

      3. If the online payment option is selected, the Customer is redirected to an external Website to complete the payment. The Customer’s order (Purchase Order) is considered accepted once the online payment is successful and the corresponding amount has been charged from the Customer’s account. In the case of cash payment, the Purchase Order is considered accepted upon completion of the purchase.

      4.The payment terms are overseen by third-party banks as well as payment processing organizations that collaborate with Artin’s Beauty.

      5. By selecting a payment method, the Customer confirms that is aware of and agree to the rules of the third-party banks or payment processing organizations, and that the Customer unconditionally agrees to comply with these rules and the present Terms.

      6. If the online payment option is selected, the Customer must pay the full amount specified in the Purchase Order, which is calculated at the time of order placement. In case of partial payment (Insufficient Payment or Insufficient Funds), the Purchase Order will be considered invalid and will not be processed in the system. In such cases, the payment will be canceled and no amount will be charged from the Customer.

      7. At the time the Order is placed in the system, appropriate notifications and email messages are sent to the Customer and to the Service Providers involved in the Purchase Order as confirmation of the service purchase.

      8. If the Customer has a prior contract with us, the Customer can receive your order immediately or at preferred time without waiting for the payment to be credited to our account.       9. If the Customer doesn’t want to sign a contract, the delivery will be carried out only after the payment has been credited to our account. Once the payment is received, our operator will promptly contact the Customer to confirm the exact delivery time. A corresponding tax invoice will also be sent along with the order.
      The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all applicable taxes.

                  Return Policy
      Return and Replacement of Defective Products
      The external quality compliance of each product must be checked at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier. Therefore, we kindly ask You to carefully inspect the package upon delivery. In case of any defects, You may return the item on the spot or request a replacement with the same or a similar product.

      If a product of improper quality is purchased and has an established expiration date, Artin's Beauty will either replace it with a product of proper quality or refund the amount paid by the Customer, provided the defect is discovered within the expiration date period. The Customer’s claim will be considered only if a product receipt or sales slip is presented.
      If an examination reveals that the defect occurred after the product was handed over to the Customer due to misuse, improper storage or transportation, actions of third parties, or force majeure, then the Customer shall reimburse Artin's Beauty for the cost of the examination, as well as any storage and transportation expenses related to it.

      In the case of returning a damaged product, the full amount of the order, including the delivery fee, will be refunded. In the case of a replacement, the delivery of the replacement item will be free of charge.

      Return or Replacement of Products of Proper Quality
      A product of proper quality may be returned or replaced if it has not been used, and its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved, along with the payment receipt or other proof of purchase issued to the Customer. There must also be evidence that the product was purchased specifically from this seller.

      The Customer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt. The costs associated with delivering the product of proper quality to the seller’s location for return or exchange shall be covered by the Customer.

      The refunded amount is typically returned using the same payment method used at the time of order placement:

      • For payments made by bank card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
      • For payments made via bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to the same bank account.
      • For payments made through the Idram system, the refund will be returned to the same Idram account.
      • Payments made via payment terminals or in cash will be refunded in cash.

      If a monetary refund is issued due to the return of a product of improper quality, no additional deductions will be made from the refunded amount.

      Website Liability

      An Order placed on https://artinsbeauty.com is considered an offer made by the Customer to the Company to purchase and receive a product through delivery. This offer is deemed accepted by us once a confirmation email containing all order details is sent to the Customer’s email address. This email constitutes a contract between the Customer and the Website. The order confirmation email is sent only to registered users.

      The Company is released from liability for failure to fulfill or delays in fulfilling its obligations if such failure or delay is due to reasons beyond our control.

      If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision of the Agreement.

      The Company reserves the right to make changes from time to time to the Website’s content, the “Privacy Policy,” and these “Terms of Use.”
